A great hotel for a night sleep when you come in late to the airport or need to leave early. 30 second walk from the terminal to the hotel. Dinner was great but we skipped the breakfast, a bit pricey unless you intend spending a lot of time eating. Staff is used to skiers and you can keep the skis in the reception so you don't have to drag them up to the room. Great beds, I slept like a baby. Tip: the A/C made some noice but when we turned down the fan speed it went quiet.

Location close to the airport for an early morning flight. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Fantastic shower and good quality linen. Access to British TV channels was much appreciated. Very helpful and friendly receptionist as we checked in. Quiet room despite being so close to the airport.

The staff were very friendly at this well-located hotel, which is conveniently situated in front of the railway station and airport. The breakfast buffet was extensive and offered a wide variety of options. The hotel also features nice decoration and stylish interiors, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

My front desk experience with Laurence at 10am on May 17, 2024 was outstanding and memorable. She was able to check me in early instead of just leaving my bag for the day. She offered some tips for traveling into Vieux Lyon which saved me at least 30€. We also had fun giving me a suitable French name. I also enjoyed the location, breakfast and accomodations for a late checkout the following day when my flight was cancelled. Since I was rerouted with an overnight stop in Vienna I was immediately booked a night at the NH property at the Vienna airport.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early I the morning and the room was ready, perfect after a sleepless nights and a long flight. Great location for the stopover , just in front of the airport! The city center can be reached by tram which is 5 min walk from the hotel. Very cozy reception, nice and quiet rooms. We’ve got everything we needed. Breakfast was exceptional, great variety of food and drinks. Everything fresh and tasty. Loved the Christmas atmosphere) Sauna was a nice bonus.

Check in with Alen was streamlined and friendly. He was able to hold our suitcases in lobby storage while we returned the rental car. A quick shuttle ride returned us to the hotel. Room was very comfortable, modern, clean and quiet. Never heard an airplane. We had wine and a light supper with excellent service from Richard at the bar. The location was perfect! I had a 0600 flight and a 10 minute walk had me at the ticket counter for all Terminal I airlines. My travel buddy had a 0900 flight and was able to get a few extra hours of sleep.

Ease of checking in and out and proximity to the airport as in steps away. Restaurant on site but expensive and not much choice for someone looking for a light, late dinner.

Nice hotel, suitable for short stays (e. g. if you have an early flight to catch) and for business meetings. Excellent location, just across the street from Lyon airport. Railway station is 5 minutes walking distance. Big and comfortable rooms with all sorts of equipment (including minibar, coffee machine, hairdryer, ironing board, etc.). Possibility to have an early breakfast (from 5.00 AM onwards). Very friendly and professional staff, Mr. Alen at the reception desk can even speak Slovenian (beside French, English, Italian, ...)

The hotel is a very short walk away from Terminal 1 and the staff are all very helpful and patient; particularly with guests who have very limited French language. The breakfast is well worth the money with more selections of food and drinks that you can imagine. The room was spacious, clean and had all the luxuries of a 5 star hotel.
